For your convenience we accept Visa, Master-Card, Interac, cash or personal cheques, and E-Transfers.

If you have any questions regarding the fees for any proposed dental services, we can provide you with an estimate prior to treatment.
Payment is due on the date of service. Financial arrangements can be pre-arranged for orthodontic treatment or more involved dental procedures.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. We encourage our patients to be familiar with their dental plan in order to eliminate disappointments with payment and reimbursement. Our staff can help and guide you should you have any questions.
Our practice is dedicated to your quality care and is please to reserve time exclusively for you. We attempt to schedule appointments that are most convenient for you and that fit your personal schedule.
We respect our patients' time and make every effort to remain on schedule. Some visits may take more time than initially anticipated, and emergencies may arise that could delay us. If we are significantly delayed, every effort will be made to notify you beforehand so you may choose to come later or reschedule. If you are going to be late, we ask that you please notify us. If you are significantly delayed, your scheduled treatment may be modified or you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
We require 48 hours notice whenIn today's busy world, everyone's time is valuable. If you are unable to give us 48 hours notice when rescheduling an appointment, another patient in need of treatment may be kept waiting unnecessarily.
